Hey Coop Friends,

Over here at EcoHouse, we still think Brinner is the best thing ever. So, on Thursday we will be serving you some:

- gluten free pancakes, some banana, some not
- pan-fried tofu (Less breakfast-y than scrambled, but I'm trying to perfect the art of pan-frying, so you're my test subjects)
- side veggies/fruit salad
