I know it’s been quiet over here for a bit, sorry for disappearing. The last few weeks in the kitchen have been a little chaotic (in the best and messiest ways). Between late-night bakes, custom orders, and keeping everything running, social media ended up on the back burner.

Sometimes the dough has a mind of its own… and today it pulled a total Bob Ross. 🎨🍞

Some people unwind with a book or a movie… I unwind with a mixing bowl and the smell of fresh dough. ✨ There’s something about late-night baking—the quiet house, the hum of the oven, the rhythm of kneading—that feels like therapy.
