Pizza Sliders
Serves: 12
Ingredients
12 Hawaiian rolls
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup pizza sauce
20 slices pepperoni
¼ cup melted butter
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice rolls in half horizontally.
Place bottom half in a baking dish.
Spread pizza sauce over rolls.
Add mozzarella and pepperoni.
Place tops on rolls.
Mix butter, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
Brush over tops.
Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese melts.
Crack Chicken Sliders
Serves: 12
Ingredients
12 Hawaiian rolls
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced
¼ cup melted butter
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Mix chicken, cream cheese, ranch, bacon, onions, and cheddar.
Cut rolls in half and place bottoms in a baking dish.
Spread chicken mixture evenly.
Add roll tops.
Brush with melted butter and Parmesan.
Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes.
Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
Serves: 12
Ingredients
12 Hawaiian rolls
1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
1 green bell pepper, sliced
½ onion, sliced
8 slices provolone cheese
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Sauté peppers and onions in butter until tender.
Add roast beef and warm through.
Place roll bottoms in a baking dish.
Layer beef mixture and provolone.
Add tops.
Bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes until cheese melts.
Big Mac Sliders
Serves: 12
Ingredients
1½ lbs ground beef
12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
8 slices American cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
Dill pickle slices
Big Mac Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp pickle relish
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp vinegar
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Brown ground beef and season lightly.
Press into a baking dish and bake at 375°F until cooked.
Place cooked beef on bottom buns.
Add cheese and melt briefly.
Top with lettuce, pickles, and sauce.
Add bun tops and serve.
Roast Beef Sliders
Serves: 12
Ingredients
12 Hawaiian rolls
1 lb deli roast beef
10 slices provolone cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Butter Topping
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp dried onion flakes
Instructions
Spread mayo and mustard on rolls.
Layer roast beef and cheese.
Add tops.
Mix butter topping ingredients and brush over rolls.
Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes.
French Dip Sliders
Serves: 12
Ingredients
12 slider buns
1 lb roast beef
8 slices provolone cheese
½ onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp butter
Au Jus
2 cups beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Sauté onions in butter until caramelized.
Layer roast beef, onions, and cheese on rolls.
Add tops.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Simmer broth, Worcestershire, and garlic powder for dipping.
Serve sliders warm with au jus.
