•Emergency food supply buckets full of organic, shelf-stable, nutrient dense super foods that are individually sealed and packed neatly into heavy duty five gallon buckets. Each bucket

contains black beans, chickpeas, millet, rolled oats, tri-color quinoa, coconut sugar, chia seeds, pinto beans, brown flax, pumpkin seeds, and Himalayan sea salt.
•Tinctures made with locally sourced alcohol and plants naturally occurring in the Texas hill country.
•Eggs and chicks hatched with love from our own free-range chickens. We started Harper Valley Harvesters after the ice storm that descended on Texas in 2021, seeing all of the panic and empty shelves at the grocery stores we wanted to do something to provide peace of mind for folks in an emergency situation. With the intention of alleviating some panic from future emergencies, we began making the organic emergency food buckets full of nutrient-dense foods that can sit conveniently in the back of a closet or pantry for years of safe keeping. We are one of few companies who choose to offer wholesome, organic food staples in our buckets instead of the powdered meals full of preservatives and who knows what else that isn't healthy for our bodies to consume. Plus, we encourage each and every one of our customers to strive for self-sustainability by providing healthy plants and animals to start their own gardens and flocks.
