Well, y’all… the girls decided to allow Jeremy back in the shop today. We’re not saying we regret it yet, but y’all come by and help us keep him in line! 😂
We will give him credit for ONE thing though… 🔥🐟 he’s got SALMON on the smoker, and it is already smelling absolutely DELICIOUS! 🤤 It should be coming off and ready to grab around 12:30–1:00 PM TODAY! You know our smoked salmon doesn’t hang around long, so don’t wait!

The love and support you showed us this weekend was absolutely AMAZING! By 1PM Saturday, we had almost ZERO product left to sell! Y’all came hungry and came READY and we seriously can’t thank you enough.

Our beef is currently Mid-west raised (Nebraska and Iowa). However, we have a local cattleman currently raising beef for us now that should be ready to process end of September. The pork is from Georgia and the chicken from the Carolinas.
