Yall better pick ya dandelions & make tea before it’s too late!!
💛Dandelion Tea💛
✺ Step 1: Forage in areas you know have never been sprayed. I find mine in my yard!
✺ Step 2: Rinse well. Little buggies love to hide in these flowers.
✺ Step 3: Remove petals& place in clean jar. (only yellow parts, the green is bitter!)
✺ Step 4: Pour boiling water over dandelion & let steep for 15 minutes!

✺ Benefits: packed with antioxidants and is anti inflammatory, high in vitamins K, C& A, aids in blood sugar regulation, digestive support, liver detoxification, reduces bloating & more!!
✺ Precautions: Dandelion may interact with diuretics, lithium, certain blood thinners, or diabetes medications. If taking any of these currently, consult your family doctor before consuming this tea.
