Due to the high demand and current low production from our girls the stand will be stocked on a first come first serve basis on Tuesdays and Fridays. When the girls start to lay more than two dozen a day we will open the stand more often. There will be a list of other local “egg dealers” on the information board at the stand getting installed Saturday afternoon. Thank you again and we truly appreciate you for supporting us!

Hello! Welcome to Honest Eggs on Cowboy Cut . We are the Essary family and have a variety of animals at our place. Some for our kiddos 4-h projects and some just because. We've got a bunch of laying hens and get anywhere from 25-35 eggs a day. While I'll try to keep this page up to date and let ya know when I've filled the egg stand, I may not always be able to. Let us know if you are wanting some duck or turkey eggs as we also get those from time to time! Have a good day!!
