I'm going to be out of town for the next week or so for my mundane job, but the cart at The Yooper Pasty Company is runneth over with breads! Ovelgönne Bread Rolls, Honey Oat Rounds, Rye bread, and Spelt bread.
All made with nothing more than mixed wheat/grain flours, honey, water, and yeast.

It's been a while, but Hæva's Hearth will be back up and running every week or two at The Yooper Pasty Company until autumn sometime!

I'm producing Ovelgönne rolls and my Sweet Oat Bread Rounds today with fresh baked loaves available around 2pm or so this afternoon, and also out this coming Monday!

I will not be at The Yooper Pasty Company today, as I have been on duty for most of the weekend and I want to make some Irish food at home for my family's Moylan and McGrath ancestors 🇮🇪
