MOTHAIS SUR FEUILLE- This traditional goat’s cheese is produced in the Poitou-Charentes region of France. Its unique characteristic, the chestnut leaf, is wrapped around the cheese during the 2 week maturation to help absorb moisture from the cheese. The result is a soft and creamy texture, earthy aroma, and citrus woody flavors.

Limited quantity available this Saturday from 9-1pm. See you under the 14th Street Viaduct! 🇫🇷🧀

BARBEROUGE- Creamy, washed rind goats milk from Périgord.

PAVE DE PARIS- Cow and Goat milk from île de France with both a creamy a crumbly texture and floral notes.

Fan Favorite at last week’s market. Comté AOP Fort Saint-Antoine 10/15 months maturation. The ripening process takes place gradually in a cold and humid cave, at an altitude of about 1000 mètres in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France. The first thing you’ll notice and if you zoom in, are the calcium lactate crystals that are formed during the aging process. Each bite is a burst of savory deliciousness that is rich but subtle at the same time, with aromatic and fruity notes.
