I feel better about my food when I know and can understand the ingredients in it!

Recipe:
3 cups of spinach - can be fresh or frozen
2 cups of flour - I used all purpose
3 TBSP olive oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
Blend it until it’s a dough. Knead it for a couple minutes and then split it into 6 balls.

Lay them in a heated pan for 2-3 minutes per side/until you see bubbles and/or toasty spots.

They’ll store in the fridge for up to 4 days in an air tight container.

I could do this in my sleep. #1 way I wear her all the time.
I know people say I need a structured one but until I find a comfortable one that doesn’t make me feel hunchy and tight in my shoulders. I’ll keep using this one. I even carry my toddler on my back with this thing. So versatile.
