Thank you to everyone who came out to the market today!! I’ll be honest, I looked at the weather forecast this morning and almost cancelled the market 3 times. I’m glad I didn’t because we ended up with no rain and a wonderful day.

As the market grows, we are grateful for the help and support of so many:

Jerrel Ogle volunteered to help us capture the beauty of the market. A preview of his photos is below and we will be sharing more soon.

Shout out to the Hauser Jr-Sr High School cheerleaders for helping out today! Their face painting was a hit with all the kids and they helped the market and kids programs run smoothly.

As always Faith Schaumburg hosted an amazing story time and craft tent.

Maranda from Nature Explorers Club put on a great class for the kiddos! I love the sun catcher that my son made.

All of our vendors worked so hard to make this day a success!

Good morning friends! Today is the day — our farmers, bakers and makers are up putting the final touches on their products and will be ready to see you this afternoon from 1-4PM in the Town of Hope, Indiana Town Square.

We’ve already got a fun lineup of kids activities planned, but be sure to stop by the Info Booth for some free face painting. The first 30 kids to check in at the table will also get $2 in sprout squad bucks!

Tomorrow’s market will feature several wonderful community partners including Foundation For Youth. FFY will be on site to answer questions about their Hope Elementary afterschool program. They’ll also be selling ducks for their upcoming Duck Splash Fundraiser. You’ll even be able to see the jeep they’re raffling off in person 🤩

What’s better than supporting our local community center? Supporting them while eating one of their delicious brisket or pulled pork sandwiches of course!

We can’t wait to have Community Center of Hope, Inc. out at the farmers market this Saturday selling meals to support their mission! The Community Center provides so many in our area with essential services including food, child care and more. Please come show them some love 💗
