Before I post tonight’s selection that will be on menu I want to ask my friends lowers a question…and think goood and hard about this..would you trust someone offering meal prep options without sound proof that the menu options and meal plan they are providing actually work?? ..well if the answer is “no” he seek no further because I myself am the tried and true proof that my meal plan options are not only flavorful and tasty..but also highly nutritious as these are the same meals that have taken me from a 305 poundman to a 185 pound man in a matter of a year..matter of fact these are the same meals that have helped me escape not only obesity and being over weight but
*diabetes
*high blood pressure
*hypertension
*being subjected to medications to combat these things
IM the living proof and if it work d for me it can work for YOU
