May is here and so is our strawberry matcha chocolate bark! Matcha is a super fine green tea powder that’s also high in antioxidants. The strawberry adds a nice fruity flavor and the matcha adds a slight earthiness to our dark chocolate.

All of our chocolate is sweetened with local honey from . Our monthly chocolate flavors have been a canvas for creativity and we’d love to know what flavor you want to eat. Message us your flavor requests!

The little things.
Like this cup of cacao.
At 5 o clock on a Friday.

Recipe: (makes 1 L, perfect for two people!)👯‍♀️
🌀Add it all in a blender for that frothy delight🌀

-0.8 oz cacao paste (8 wafers)
-1 cup Malk
-3 cups of water
-1/4 cup pumpkin seed
-splash of vanilla extract
-dash of salt
-dash of cinnamon (Ceylon recommended)
-honey to taste 🍯

Been trying to add some protein into my cacao and so far it’s 10/10. What do you think? Have you added protein to your cacao? What’s your recipe… share it with us!

March is here and so is Salty Crunch chocolate. And per your many requests, we have brought back the Simply Salt as one of our rotating signature flavors.

All of our chocolate barks at Butterfly Cacao are sweetened with local honey from and are gluten and dairy free. We take great pride in our chocolate treats and can’t wait to share them with you.

We will have these available at our Friday pop-up at Mercato and Co. and at Urban Harvest this Saturday. LIMITED supply, so get there early. The 6 oz variety box features all of our chocolate flavors, including one exclusive to the box, strawberry bliss. If you’re looking to secure your box we can accommodate a limited amount of pre-orders, just send us a dm. Box is $30. We will also have our 4oz single flavor bags available.

I know everyone is hearing about the benefits of magnesium and it’s true, our body needs this vital mineral for blood sugar control, muscle and nerve health, relaxation and more! Most people are deficient because our soil is depleted and high quality cacao is a great source for magnesium.

It’s more than just the body, it’s also about our mind and our spirit and the care we give to our entire system. It’s about the way we live our lives, build healthy habits and rituals and create community.
