Tubs Sauce

Tubs Sauce Tubs Sauce is a multipurpose gourmet sauce that can be used as a marinade, BBQ sauce or even as a dipping sauce for your favorite foods.

Thomas "Tubs" Glenn discovered his love for cooking at a young age. As a child, Thomas’ mother encouraged him to learn about cooking by helping her in the kitchen. When he got older, she taught him how to make some of his favorite meals. Before she knew it, Thomas was cooking dinner for the whole family and coming up with his own recipes. Every 4th of July Tubs’ whole family would meet at his Gran

dpa Jack’s house in San Marcos to swim in the river and BBQ. Lucky for us, Thomas learned about a special recipe from his Grandpa Jack. This is the now famous Tubs Sauce. Thomas took his Grandpa Jack’s recipe and made it his own by adding some spices and other secret ingredients. Tubs Sauce still tastes amazing on Grandpa Jack’s shish kebabs (go to our recipes page to try it out). During college, Thomas began perfecting his Tubs Sauce recipe by using his friends and roommates as taste testers. Thomas also earned his nickname, Tubs, during this time... the meaning has remained a mystery.

I can't win my own challenge..but here is what I grilled up today! We have 1 post already..who's next for a chance to win a FREE 18oz bottle!

Marinade:
5oz beer of choice
2T tubs seasoning
3T Italian dressing
3-4 boneless chicken breast

-Mix all together and put in fridge for 12-24 hours
-Grill until cooked throughout
-Top with Tubs sauce
