The inspirations of Bonita's Sweet Treats came about when a family member asked if she could bake a small cheesecake. Bonita, with her 30 years of experience in the food industry, succeeded and created unique mini cheesecakes which entralled her family. Bonita worked many years at Ellsworth Gourmet Foods in NJ and also for Sodexho in TX. While at Sodexho, she worked with an executive chef at the N

ASA Space Center in Houston, TX., catering for special events. Bonita had hosted and catered for many dignitaries like President George Bush, the late Walter Cronkite, Gov Rick Perry, many astronauts and their families. Baking and food preparation are her passion and Bonita aspires to enrich others' lives and taste buds with her gourmet style desserts.
