OK update on the shop. Im now in zoning dept of pasco co. In order to have any food truck in pasco you need a temp permit, or a permanent permit which I can't afford. So all land owners need a temporary permit to allow any food truck. Which also means they need to leave daily. No overnight. So in order to go forward I'm now in site planing, which I'll be the 1st person in pasco to get a zoning letter of verification to go farther. The department wasn't even sure what to put in the 1st letter to allows me to have a temp food truck. The letter needs to go to development and code, then to zoning, then to zoning and planning, then to BCS to hopefully schedule a final. The electrical contractor has now abandoned the job as it's been going on since April 2, when the fire Marshall came by. Had 7 violations with him that are done, good for 2 years. No to get pasco satisfied, and move on to state.

Closed until further notice. Trying stay alive but getting tired of the run around. So this started back in May with the fire Marshall. Had a few violations which lead to pasco building dept. Now ive hired a licensed electrician to permit the place so I can have power. Had to redo plans 3xs. Once plans were approved Had to do a load count. The paperwork was wrong as we did the hole building. Once that was done had to do a electrical safety affidavit. That's now done, plans moved on now to flood review committee. Waiting on that hopefully then to be inspected. Also under a construction review committee, for the tent. Had to also get rid of a red tag hold as there was a stop work order from hurricane Irma in 2017 on the sign. And once I'm ok with pasco ill move on to the state applications and permits. Doing business in Florida is pretty hard to be 100% legit, I'll post a reopening date as soon as I'm done with the red tape-Jess

Just a heads up, we're closed again this weekend due to the storm. Plus working on the inside, going to put market inside for summer in a/c. I'll show pics and see you probably next weekend.
