We’ll never shut up about local food and the fact that we believe every city needs a food hub. Not just because of the variety, the quality, or the nutrition but also because of the people, the community, and the connection it provides.

The Hub is OPEN for ordering and we’ve got a huge array of beautiful produce including new watermelons, perfect for this heat wave we’re in.

Try a watermelon feta salad or shaved ice this week. We included recipes for both in the featured section.

We also have an abundance of peppers and tomatoes so you can still hang on to summer a little longer. Here’s a run down of the other items we got in this week:

Every product in our marketplace comes from within 100 miles of Huntsville and you can see the exact farm it came from.

We’re open weekly, year-round and our selection changes based on what’s in season.

August brings a season of returning to routines and right now we are thinking a lot about meal prep and dinners that don’t take all night to prepare.

Luckily we have an abundance of produce and protein options that make weeknights a little easier (and more nutritious). We’ve curated some recipes like make-ahead breakfast tacos, a protein-packed butternut squash soup (perfect with sourdough), and sheet pan chicken thighs with cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, and pesto.
