Let’s make Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps. These savory wraps are delicious and worth every bite!!
1lb ground turkey
4 tbsp of garlic
2 tbsp of hoisin sauce
3 tbsp of Chinese rice wine
2 tbsp of oil
2 cups of zucchini
1 cup of button mushrooms
1 cup of onion
1 bunch of green lettuce
*you can do w/o hoisin, just add more garlic sauce.
Instructions:
Add oil to the pan, then add in the ground turkey and simmer. Add in 2 tbsp of garlic sauce. Let the meat cook through or until done. To that, add in the all the veggies and 2 tbsp of garlic sauce. Simmer and add in the hoisin sauce, follow by the wine.
Sauté for a few minutes.
Plate with lettuce and enjoy this low-carb, high-protein and flavorful wraps.
