Is a Lymphatic Drainage Workshop on Your Radar? 🌿✨
We’ve been chatting behind the scenes about bringing more hands-on wellness to the farm, and a Lymphatic Drainage Course is at the top of our list!
We want to gauge interest before we set the date, time and price. This would be an intimate, in-person workshop focused on the “why” and “how” of supporting your body’s natural detoxification system through gentle, intentional movement and technique.
What we’re thinking of covering:
• The Basics: Understanding how the lymphatic system works as your body’s “inner plumbing.”
• The Technique: Step-by-step guidance on manual drainage for the face and body.
• The Ritual: How to incorporate these practices into your daily self-care routine using natural elements.
• The Connection: Enjoying the peaceful farm atmosphere while learning to better care for yourself.
We are linking up with for a Monday evening in June!! We were thinking start time 530pm OR 6pm. Course will be about 90 minutes
