Recap of this past week. A lof of good food and craziness, but I got it done. Started with a tuna cutting demo and poke bowls at , then another tuna poke demo at . Capped it off last night doing a ceviche for the NC Aquaculture Conference in Morehead City. Then throw in my snapper boat needing to be unloaded last night.
It was a fun week showcasing the BEST in NC Seafood. Gotta love it, and GOT TO BE NC!
