Loved having Yeast Coast Sourdough this month on our segment spotlight with WJXT4 The Local Station / News4JAX!

Today, I had the absolute pleasure of joining Mom Made Jax Farmer's Market in the WJXT4 The Local Station / News4JAX studio to talk about the upcoming market, which supports local woman-owned businesses.

One of the things I’ve loved most about this business has been meeting people who are curious about sourdough but feel overwhelmed by it. People assume sourdough is complicated or impossible to maintain. I even had the same conversation with Melanie, the news anchor, after our segment! Our goal has always been to make sourdough baking more accessible while still taking the process seriously and creating a product we’re genuinely proud of.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to speak with the community about our sourdough starter kits, and hope to be back again soon.
