Ms. Tina’s Little Angels
Growing up, my children were always my little angels. All children are, really. When I arrived at Osan AFB in South Korea as a military spouse with grown adult children who have flown the coop, I tried to think of a way that I could help military families while making a living in a country halfway across the world. Result? Ms. Tina’s Little Angels Babysitting and Tutoring!
I started by babysitting an adorable 8 month old for two Air Force pilots with an extremely busy schedule. I cared for him and re-learned everything about babies until he was accepted at the day care on base when he was 1. After that, I offered every kind of service to my military families, from before school care, to care during school breaks and off days, and extended care during training and overnights required by the military. I tutored Osan Elementary School students in English, Math and Spanish, and taught English at a Korean academy to Korean children. I’ve cared for newborns, babies, toddlers, kindergartners, and elementary-aged kids for the past two years. I fell in love with each one of my children and learned to see their different gifts and strengths and challenges. I formed a bond with all my little families and cared for these kiddoes as if they were my own, and parents trusted me with them as such.
We will be living about 12 minutes from FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne, and I hope to continue to serve the military community as well as our civilian community in Cheyenne, Wellington, and Fort Collins. I look forward to meeting all of your little angels and providing exceptional care and tutoring for them in our new adventure at FE Warren in Cheyenne.
