Good morning! It’s Saturday, and we will be open today from 12-5 at the old Tatsudas lot.

We just finished our smoking for the year, so we are fully stocked!

We have:

All 5 species of salmon portions, fillets, bellies and collars smoked.

Smoked black cod.

Fresh frozen winter king pin-bone out portions, bellies, heads and frames.

Fresh frozen summer king, coho, chum, pink, halibut, rockfish, lingcod and black cod.

Weathervane scallops.

Sidestripe shrimp.

Canned sockeye, coho, pacific cod and geoduck from wildfish cannery.

Halibut bait.

Shrimp/crab bait.

It’s Saturday! Our locals day market will be open today from 12-5 at the old Tatsudas lot. Stop by and stock up!

We have:

Fresh winter king, cut and blast frozen this morning. We have portions, heads, collars and frames.

Smoked king, coho, sockeye, chum, pink and black cod.

Smoked salmon bellies and collars.

Fresh frozen king, coho and pink.

Salmon burger meat.

Halibut, black cod, lingcod and rockfish.

Winter king season is here! We will have winter kings available periodically throughout the winter.

We will have frozen portions, bellies, heads and frames available at our locals market at the old Tatsudas Lot on Saturdays from 12-5, or by appointment.

If you are interested in buying fresh, never frozen portions, we are putting a call list together. This will only be available when fresh fish comes in. If you would like to be on the list, please pm us here, or text Sam at 907 617 6511. The first opportunity for fresh will be tomorrow!

We also offer limited custom processing. If you have bought a king salmon from one of the boats and don’t want to fillet yourself, reach out to us and we can cut it for you.

If you don’t live in Ketchikan but want some winter kings (or other products) we offer a shipping service nationwide. Reach out and we can schedule a shipment.

We have shrimp, crab and halibut bait!

Shrimp/crab bait: $5/bag or $30/box

Halibut bait: $20/bag

We saved our scraps from processing this year. Everything is packed out into bait bag sized portions, and frozen in ziplock bags.

The halibut bait is king salmon bellies and fins that were trimmed before going in the smoker. They are cut so they will stay on a hook. There should be enough in each bag for a couple trips.
