PRICE PER LB: $4.26 (hanging weight) + Locker Processing
PROCESSING DATE: 02/02/26
RANCH LOCATION: Kilgore, NE
ABOUT THE BEEF: Our beef is 32-34 months old and has been grain finished for a minimum of 6 months with a preference of 9 months. We've been told our beef is aged enough it should be able to vote. Humanly raised in the Sandhills of Nebraska. It will hang at the locker for 21 days before being cut.
Order you own 1/4, 1/2, or 3/4 straight from the processor with your chosen cuts OR we will have boxed 1/4 created with a list of variety cuts available.

We will deliver up to 120 miles from our ranch to your door or a meeting location. Pick up at Shamrock Locker also available. Call our butcher to ask about our meat. I've told him (Kody & Garrett) to shoot you straight.
