Kelly's Pasta

Kelly's Pasta Introduction to Kelly's Pastas We make a great product that people can take home to feed their family and friends.

It's quick to prepare and the gourmet quality comes from the fresh, whole ingredients we always use. Our pasta is made in very small batches with flour, pasteurized eggs, and olive oil as a base. All of the other ingredients - the flavors - are either grown in my garden, using organic practices or purchased from local certified organic farmers. And if you're looking for the perfect hostess gift - we have it. Our presentation makes every bag look exquisite...a memorable gift for under $10.00!

Tasty Tuesday-this recipe from Delish can be served with either spaghetti or fettucine. I suggest getting some of my Tomato Basil Garlic as a base.

SPAGHETTI/FETTUCINE WITH TURKEY RAGU

Once again Tasty Tuesday. This recipe is from "All Recipes" I have added a few notes of my own and suggest it on my Lemon Orange Pasta. Will be on the Website : Kellyspasta.com

Lemon Basil Alfredo All Recipes Website
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
• 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, or more to taste
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the Lemon and Orange Fettucine as directed inside package
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, about 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook until simmering, about 1 minute. Add heavy cream. Increase heat to medium and bring to a boil; simmer, stirring occasionally, until Alfredo sauce is reduced by half, about 20 minutes.
2. Slowly whisk lemon zest and juice into the Alfredo sauce to avoid curdling. Stir in Parmesan, ricotta, and Romano cheeses until melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in basil, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
3. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the Lemon and Orange Fettucine Noodles.
Footnotes
• Juice the rest of the lemon for extra flavor if desired.
• Heavy cream is ideal; or use 2 cups whole milk and cook down. I added a bit of ricotta cheese to enhance creaminess for the milk version.
• You could add in your favorite cooked veggies as well, such as asparagus, baby peas, or zucchini (or serve these on the side).
• You could also finish the dish by drizzling Blood Orange Olive Oil over the top.

Yep! Tasty Tuesday. This one is mine and one of our favorites.

Olive Oil - Garlic and Crab Over Pasta

Yes you really use a cup of olive oil or more. Pick one you love!

6 to 8 oz Cooked Crab Meat
Cup of Olive Oil
4 to 5 Cloves of Garlic-put through a press
Parmesan Cheese
Pour Olive Oil into a small sauce pan over low to medium heat. Squeeze garlic into oil. Let these infuse together for about 5 minutes-add cooked crab meat and warm. Cook and drain pasta. Toss pasta with oil and crab mixture add lots of freshly grated cheese.
Serve immediately.
This whole process takes maybe 15 minutes if you are dawdling-so have any other side dishes ready before you start.
