We would like to make a post to apologize for shutting the kitchen down early today ‼️
But we would also like to say thank you to absolutely everybody who came out this past week to support and try out some amazing food ❤️🤩🥪
We took this afternoon to do a much needed reset, filled with lots of cleaning, prep work and organizing that way we are more prepared for all of our amazing customers who have come in day after day to support us.
This week has been unforgettable and the love that we have been shown form this community is absolutely unmatched and we could not be more thankful.
We look forward to opening our doors tomorrow for normal business hours to resume operations and continue to get better and more consistent every single day.
As our first week has come to an end, there are so many people to thank for helping us get Bennys market and kitchen up and running.
We could not do it without our outstanding staff, friends, family and most of all, our amazing customers.
We would also like to take a moment to say a very special thank you to Mathew and Annie Roy (the parents of the owners, Ethan and Oliver)
They have been here every single step of the way for the last two months and none of this would be possible without these amazing people by are side.
They are truly outstanding, one of a kind people who have helped build this dream form the ground up.
We love you endlessly mom and dad ❤️
This has been a week filled with love and gratitude and we would not trafe our jobs for the world.
We love the lakes region, we love our staff, we love what we do and most of all, we love our customers.
