We have had a cancellation and have a custom 1/4 beef available. Processing date was yesterday and it will be ready for pickup in about 2 weeks. (Custom means you are getting a literal 1/4 of all cuts and can choose certain cuts, thickness of steaks, and size of roasts). Pricing is based on the live weight, but the 1/4’s have been running around $850.
Pictured is our in-store 1/4 package for an idea. The custom 1/4’s are a little larger than the instore packages.
