Come January 1st, 2026, Doss Deer Processing will not be offering any specialty meats (summer sausage or jerky) for the remainder of this hunting season as we begin to prepare for closing at the end of the season. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however, we hope you all understand.
As always, we will continue to process deer (standard and regular cuts) through the end of the season, January 11th, 2026.
