Syrahcha Seasonal Hot Sauce is now available online, and at Farmers' Markets!

The California grape harvest has ended for the year, and we scored more than a bunch of the last Crimson Seedless variety available at Dana Point's Farmers' Market for our new Seasonal Hot Sauce! The addition of copious amounts of reduced Syrah give the sauce a deep red color and subtle oak cask aroma. Locally grown grapes combine with the Syrah to produce a tangy fruit forward flavor, followed by a mellow tannin induced transition to sweetness. Ripe Fresno Peppers and heavy California garlic produce a classic sriracha background. Habaneros add some heat, while Yellow Chone Peppers create a complex peppery finish. Like all of our sauces, there are no gums, sugars, or extracts. We rely on natural, fresh, high quality ingredients to create this extraordinary California Riviera hot sauce. Lemon Drop Seasonal Hot Sauce is now available online, and at Farmers' Markets!

The California Citrus Harvest was amazing again this year, and the Meyer Lemons? Exceptional! We picked up these beauties at the peak of season from the Dana Point Farmers' Market for our newest Hot Sauce. With a bright citrusy aroma and orange hue, this Seasonal blend entices the senses. Meyer Lemon has a sweeter, less acidic flavor, so we used the zest as well as the flesh to add depth. Our Reaper harvest in the Fall was epic, and we went heavy with this super hot pepper variety! For complexity, we added Aji Lemon Drops from Uncle Davey's Pepper Patch in Fallbrook. The result is a bold lemon forward taste that transitions into a distinctive peppery finish. The Reaper and Aji combination delivers heat from beginning to end. We pushed the capsaicin pedal to the metal with this sauce, and are fired up on the outcome. Like all of our products, there are no gums, sugars, or extracts. We rely on natural, fresh, high quality ingredients to create this extraordinary California Riviera hot sauce. Barearse Limey Seasonal Hot Sauce is now available online, and at Farmers' Markets!

The Bearss Limes in Uncle Davey's Citrus Grove are going off this year, and we plucked a bunch for a new batch of our Barearse Limey Seasonal Hot Sauce! We used the whole lime, including the zest in this blend, giving the sauce a strong limey aroma, a wild green color, and a thick texture. The locally grown lime induces an immediate pucker as it hits your tongue. Ripe Green Thai chile brings an enjoyable heat, and puts its intensity in the lower mid range of our sauces. Yellow Chone Peppers create a complex peppery finish. Like all of our sauces, there are no gums, sugars, or extracts. We rely on natural, fresh, high quality ingredients to create this extraordinary California Riviera hot sauce.
