Their goal is to use sustainable and regenerative farming methods to grow natural fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Dried herbs are available all year round. Fresh fruit and vegetables are available seasonally.

Our farm is in the totality zone for the April 8 eclipse. We're renting space for dry RV camping, i.e. you must be self-contained.
In addition to the eclipse, our property is right in the middle of the Texas wine country---within walking distance of 8 wineries. So you'll probably want to stay several days. Message us if interested.

We also signed up people who would like to be notified when we start producing vegetables and fruit this summer. Hye There Farm will be participating in the Hye Winter Market at Hye Meadow Winery on Sat, Jan 22, 2022. At this time of year, we won't have fresh vegetables, but plenty of dried herbs and lavender. Hope to see y'all there.
