We are a family owned business committed to making great tasting hummus. The flavors we make are Lemon Dill, Blazin Buffalo, Smokin' Southwest, Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Brownie Batter, Cranberry Orange, "Cheezy" Pizza, Rockin' Red Beet, Roasted Red Pepper, and Garlic Garlic. New flavors are always being worked on

EVERYBODY under a roof to keep you fine folks and our vendors, cideries, staff, and volunteers from the elements. Same festival, just less standing in the rain! Buses are still on track, cider check will still take your purchases to the area beside the parking lot. Same music! Same fun! Less soggy! See you all tomorrow, rain or shine!

We never pasteurize, resulting in a fresh tasty hummus just like homemade. Lancaster Hummus Co. is a family owned business committed to making great tasting hummus. Our flavors consist of Garlic Garlic, Lemon Dill, Blazin’ Buffalo, Smokin’ Southwest, Rockin’ Red Beet, Roasted Red Bell, “Cheezy” Pizza, Chocolate Brownie Batter, Cranberry Orange, Pumpkin Pie. New flavor coming 2019 is Cinnamon Raisin! Our hummus flavors are All Natural, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free…Low in Fat & Low in Sodium, and free from the top 8 allergens but, full of flavor!
