Made some caramel today. It's still a little warm but I couldn't wait. I may or may not warm some up at a later time to drizzle over ice cream.
Here is the recipe I used if you want to try it yourself:
4 cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
2T Vanilla
1t Sea Salt
Whisk all ingredients together in a big bowl, then add to your jars.
Pressure Canner - 10 lbs for 10 minutes.
