📦🥕 FreshRx Box Day!

We're over at Feeding the Valley Albany he Valley this morning packing fresh produce boxes that will soon make their way into the hands of participants in our FreshRx program in partnership with Albany Area Primary Health Care, Inc.

A big thank you to the Georgia farmers who grow this food and make this work possible. This is one of my favorite times of year because the harvest is rolling in and we get to connect local farms directly with local families.

For us, FreshRx is about more than produce. It's about creating space for conversations around wellness, healthy choices, and caring for our bodies, minds, and communities. Not through complicated medical terms, but through simple, practical steps we can take every day.

Grateful for our partners at Feed the Valley and Albany Area Primary Health Care, and grateful for every farmer whose hard work is filling these boxes today.

Healthy communities start with healthy people, and healthy people start with access, opportunity, and support.

🌱 Most people quit too soon.

Too soon to see the harvest.
Too soon to see the growth.
Too soon to see what God is doing.

But the people who make the biggest difference are often the ones who simply keep showing up.

Keep loving.
Keep serving.
Keep believing.

Your faithfulness matters more than you know.

📖 Micah 6:8

🌱 Show up.
❤️ Love well.
🤝🏾 Stay faithful.

No lesson today.

Just a few quiet minutes down by the creek before my lunch break.

The blueberries are weeded, the work can wait for a moment, and the trail is calling.

Sometimes the best thing we can do is slow down, pay attention, and appreciate the beauty that's been here all along.

Feel free to walk with me for a little while.

❤️ Love doesn't have to be loud to be life-changing.

A phone call.
A shared meal.
A kind word.
A helping hand.

The greatest acts of love are often hidden inside the smallest moments of everyday life.

Today, don't overlook the ordinary.

It may be someone's reminder that they are seen, valued, and loved.

📖 Romans 12:10

🌱 Just because you can't see the harvest doesn't mean God isn't working.

Some growth happens beneath the surface.

Keep planting.
Keep praying.
Keep loving.
Keep showing up.

Your job is faithfulness.

God handles the growth.

📖 1 Corinthians 3:6-7

🌱 Plant.
💧 Water.
🙏 Trust.

🌱 Sometimes the miracle isn't something God does *for* someone.

Sometimes the miracle is the person God sends.

A phone call.
A kind word.
A helping hand.
A simple act of love.

What feels small to you may be exactly what someone has been praying for.

Today, be the neighbor.

You never know whose prayer God might answer through your kindness.

📖 Matthew 25:35-40

❤️ Notice someone.
🤝🏾 Help someone.
🌱 Change someone's day.
