Our newest Employee of the Month is from our most current flock additions - Pancake! 🥞

Pancake is an Americauna Mix with the cutest puffy cheeks. She lays light pink/tan eggs and has done so consistently since her April arrival. She sports a few missing feathers from some chicken scuffles, but Pancake has been the hen who has integrated with our older girls the best.
