A Sense of Thyme

A Sense of Thyme I grow and use all kind of culinary & native herbs. I am a weaver, spinner & felter, fiber artist. I have gotten back into fiber arts. Johns many years ago.

While I still love growing and using my herbs, I have retired from selling them at the farmers market. My love of working with natural fibers began in high school where I had a wonderful teacher who taught me to weave on an old Cranbrook loom. I learned to spin when we started raising sheep on our farm in St. Knitting has been a family pass time most of my life. At 97 Mom still knits everyday. Kee

ps the fingers nimble and the mind working! I also dabble in pottery and other arts & crafts. I'm sorry to disappoint some of my followers, but it's time I move on from growing & selling the herb & vegetable plants. If you live nearby, I am always happy to share what is growing in my gardens.

It's been a long time since I've posted here. So think I'll do a photo dump of my place this year.
