Making Pasta fra Diavolo today. If you need some spice in your life, this baked pasta dish will gIve you the heat you seek. We slowed cook our Neapolitan ragu sauce for 12 hours, and added hot Italian sausage sautéed in red pepper infused olive oil. Very tasty!!!

Currently we have our Bolognese sauce with 93% lean beef, Slow-Cooked Marinara sauce, Putanesca sauce (w/ leccino black olives), and Handmade Meatballs in basil and tomato sauce. For the oven we have White Lasanga w/ Spinach (meatless), Zucchini Parmesan and Eggplant Parmesan (grilled, not breaded), and Baked Ziti w/ Meatballs. We just got a lot of new meats in from Italy. The new dry artisan sausages are amazing!!! We also have pastries now!!!!!! Yeah.
