We just moved them to a new winter pasture - grass left from last fall. They love it! They didn't even come up to eat the hay bales we left out for them this evening.

We appreciate all the inquiries we've been getting on beef quarters. But the guys aren't growing very fast. Generally grass fed beef takes 24-30 months, but we've been able to finish sooner sometimes. These fellows aren't in a big hurry, and they won't be 2 years old until early summer. We are hoping for April, if we get an early spring to help fatten them up.

Finally someone is talking about this! "Most notably, as reported by Reuters,2 the USDA does not test for one of the most pervasive and one of the most harmful agricultural chemicals of all, namely glyphosate" (or "Roundup" as the brand is called). 15 years, used on so many crops we eat, and not tested?

Glyphosate damages your gut flora and causes chronic diseases, but why does more than half of the food last year have detectable levels of pesticide residues?
