‼️ URGENT ‼️ we will NOT be at the Hub Farmers Market today. I absolutely HATE cancelling going to a market, but this is just been a day where NOTHING is going as planned. I’ve spent ALL day thinking today was Monday… late for my son’s baseball game, not a single thing prepped for the market…. And Mable (my starter) decided she was guna rise and sloooooow as a turtle today….

soooooo by the time I realized tomorrow is already ACTUALLY Hub Market day, absolutely no time left to mix bread dough. 😅🥖

So unfortunately there will be no fresh sourdough loaves tomorrow — but don’t panic, I’ve still got you covered with:

🍋 Lemon bars
🥯 English muffins

Basically everything except the thing we’re literally named after. 😂

For the past 2 years of doing brownville flea market I have gained so many regulars. It is the absolute BEST feeling in the entire world to hear people say “we just came for your bread!” There’s not enough thank you’s in the world! I was very hesitant going into this year’s market season but you guys are showing up! Selling out at shows like this one is the icing on the cake for the long, exhausting week I’ve had! One of our favorite events starts tomorrow!!! It’s been an absolutely exhausting week. Unfortunately the barometric pressure headaches I’ve had literally ALL week are about ready to take me out on top of having 2 other markets this week 😮‍💨 we are tired & my ovens are tired. I’ll be bringing as much as I can possibly make but once it’s gone it’s gone! If you’re wanting lemon bars get there EARLY! They are VERY limited!! Hope to see lots of familiar faces!!! If we sell out on Saturday, the chances of us being there Sunday are extremely slim
