Are you ready?

Lisbon's 2026 Farmers Market kicks off this Saturday.

The rules are simple: all products for sale must be home grown or home made; the market runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; there is no set-up fee, and spots are available on a first come, first served basis.

I know I am looking forward to buying a loaf of sourdough bread and one of Janie's cherry pies.

All vendors at Lisbon's Farmers Market are cordially invited to a meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, at Village Hall to meet with Health Department officials.

We will be going over health department rules during the meeting as well as answering any questions you might have.

Remember: the first Farmers Market is April 25th!
