A little Vitality in the valley today up at Herkimer county community college. Lots of different businesses will be set up. Come check it out at the Robert McLaughlin building. I will be handling out free samples of some of my amazing products as well as samples of a new product. Cherry black garlic jam using fresh cherries that are grown on the farm if you like the strawberry jam you must try this one. 10-3

Had some help from my youngest tonight. Well she rode her bike and I did a little work lol but it's all good. Garlic is looking good and lots of goodies coming up in our massive garden. Garden this year is 40ft wide x 75ft long. Corn, beans, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, beets, peppers. Still some more beans, peppers, corn to plant.

Pickled Garlic anyone. I Finally got my recipe approved and can get selling another amazing product. Figuring out the pH on this was tough months and months of trying different ways to process it asking people who sell pickled garlic how they were getting the pH low enough and all I would get was a good luck. No one wanted to help and the funny thing is I'm not going to steal business from you or anyone else. We import so much garlic it's not even funny and people are worried about me stealing there business. My help on this process came from old school experience, something I would take over a piece a paper on the wall any day of the week. Talking about it with my mom a month ago about the problem I was having with getting the pH lower and she knew right away how to fix it. Decades and decades of experience. If you really want to know how to do something don't look it up online talk to your elder parents or grandparents or the old guy on the block. They have knowledge like no other. Exciting news for my Saratoga, lake George, Albany area just delivered a few of my products to be sold at the Adirondack Welcome Center through the Taste Of NY. Right off I87 stop by and grab some salsa, black garlic powder or a black garlic chocolate bar. Lots of amazing NY businesses have products at this facility. Stop by and support a NY business.

Head over to Suny cobleskill institute for rural vitality and some of our amazing products. Lots of different businesses set up from lavender, syrup, honey, fudge, jerky, dairy products, frozen treats, coffee and tea. Lots of businesses giving out samples so looking for something to do for a couple hrs head on down. 11-2.
