The boys are here at the Llano Farmers & Crafters Market on the square.

They set a goal to go to New York for their Thanksgiving break this year! They are excited and even beat me out of bed this morning.

Our menu today includes your favorite Texas smoked cheeses.

White Cheddar

We had a successful day on the square!! J really got into the sales pitch today! If you had the pleasure of hearing today, THANK YOU!!

If you haven’t heard his pitch, you got to come check it out. He’s a natural!! I was impressed with his confidence and professionalism for his age!!

Big brother ran the back of house bagging order and making sure the correct change was given.

Jennifer and I have started our own business!!! Jennifer will be running our back office & team support in her spare time, and I'm going to be working directly with clients helping them establish a plan for financial freedom. We also partnered with a friend with over 10 years experience that will be helping me train and develop our team of leaders to make an incredible impact in the lives of the people we meet.

Building a business from the ground up is going to take everything we have and plus so much more & we are ready to give it all because our dream and vision is far too important for us AND the people we meet. Good evening from Llano, TX!!

It's been awhile, but I've got some BIG news to share with you. I've spent the past year plus building a new business. (Be watching for an invite to my new business page soon!!) It has taken quite a bit of my time as I worked to get fully licensed and trained to build a successful business for my family.

Sadly, that meant Rick's Delicious Cold-Smoked Cheese had to take a back seat for a time.

However, my sons, Bryan & Jacob, are eager to serve your smoked cheese needs starting this fall. So, I'm turning this business over to them to earn their own income and to learn how to build their own business and manage their own money well. While my time is still limited, I feel I can actively teach them how to carry on the business with the same great quality product you've come to love & enjoy.

We will restructure over the next couple months and relaunch this fall when temps begin to drop again. (Be watching for a launch date.)

In the meantime, please make note of the business name change to J&B's Delicious Smokehouse Treats, and give these boys a shoutout for support!!

What an awesome turnout at the FCCLA Christmas Market this morning. Llano really showed up and definitely showed out. I’ve got to get busy making more Schmears and cold smoking some more cheese soon!

Good evening! It’s the season for deer hunting, family gatherings, feasts, hoodies, and of course cold-smoked cheese!!!

My family and I will be at the Llano square tomorrow until 1 PM with free samples of our delicious smoked treats. If you see a hunter in town, be sure to tell them where to get the best cold-smoked cheese in Texas.

This may also be the last chance to support my boys raising money for their trip to Disney World. They are selling J&B’s delicious smoked snack mix to earn their trip to Disney. They appreciate your support.
