We took 1 frame shy of a super and left the rest for the girls to get through the winter. Hopefully all 7 hives make it to spring and we'll have more of their hard work to bottle next year.

What a success! Alex PeeZee this is a very delicious easy to drink Brown Ale. We are getting nice notes of chocolate and carmel with notes of a nutty undertone. Finishes very smooth. Very well done

Tomorrow is going to be exciting at The Science Project. The Logansport brewery has made a Brown Ale with our Black Walnut Syrup. So come and grab a pizza and a pint of beer. They are calling it Gulletts Sap Wagon. Hope to see you there
