Next cheese class we will be learning how to make Fresh Mozzarella on Saturday the 13th at 10 am and ending around 12 noon. Cost of the class will be $40 plus supplies for cheese that you will take home and enjoy something that only can be experienced by making it at home. Ever had fresh Caprese? We will make fresh Caprese from the cheese you make and the basil we grow with certified organic tomatoes that is something you just have to experience.
