A look at our BMS 10+ Reserve Grade Wagyu Ribeye

What is BMS?
BMS stands for Beef Marbling Score. It’s the global yardstick for intramuscular fat density. While a standard high-end “Prime” steak usually lands around a 4 or 5, this Reserve cut is clocking in at a 10+.

At this level of marbling, the fat has a melting point of approximately 77°F (25°C). Since your mouth is about 98°F, the steak melts the second it hits your palate.

From grass-fed lamb and spiral-cut ham to beef tenderloin and prime rib, we have everything you need for an unforgettable Easter meal.
