Biodiversity at work! I see countless insects, frogs, toads, snakes, birds, and small mammals each day out in the garden. This is exactly what we are striving for. A few years ago, this was a completely dead piece of land. It’s a beautiful thing!

FOR THE MARSHALL COUNTY FARMERS MARKET ON AUGUST 29th. Unfortunately, we can’t prepare for market (bake, wash, refrigerate, etc.) if we don’t have running water or electricity. We will see you all next week.

Big and scary storm tore through Marshall County last night. 80+ mph winds came out of nowhere and started doing damage. Surrounding areas all without power, tons of downed trees. We can’t even leave our property due to the trees across the driveway. Power lines down in the yard, you get the picture. Luckily, all garden structures are still standing and everyone is safe. Let’s keep going.

This lettuce is chemical-free and grown naturally in soil here in Holly Springs. Cool, crisp, flavorful, this lettuce will not disappoint. Don’t worry about any 💩 with this stuff. We’ve got you Holly Springs! There’s plenty to go around!
