Here’s how our delivery process works:
🚚 Delivery Timing
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM may arrive the same day or the next day depending on availability.
🕒 Need a specific delivery time?
Write it in the Notes section when placing your order or text us at (305) 999-5490, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
📦 After you place your order, we will:
1️⃣ Text you to confirm we received it
2️⃣ Review your order and check availability
3️⃣ Notify you if any items are out of stock and when they’ll return
🔄 If an item is unavailable, you can choose to:
• Wait for the item (we’ll deliver it another day at no extra charge)
• Swap it for a similar item
• Receive a refund
♻️ We reuse our green insulated bags
Please leave empty bags outside during your next delivery so we can pick them up and reduce waste.
🧊 Not sure you’ll be home?
Leave a cooler with ice or ice packs outside so your order stays fresh and safe.
