Coffee and yarn. This is my Labor Day plan. What are you doing today? Do you have Labor Day off?
I do…. In fact, thanks to Liberty County…. I have every day off!

Nothing like the kind of freedom Liberty county likes to force on you. Liberty county likes to take away all your rights. You don’t own your land…..They do. They can shut down your business in a blink of an eye over insane bureaucracy that makes no sense. They could be lenient and work with small business owners but no… they like to force crazy requirements that cost so much money that the bar is impossible to reach.

So here I sit with my coffee and my yarn. I’m going to crochet more dragonscale fingerless gloves for my website. These gloves sold so fast last year in the farm stand over the holiday season. Hopefully they will on my website too.

I posted about my favorite Livestock Guardian Dog, Mac passing away last week. There are 3 puppies left and so I might be keeping one of Mac’s offspring. I’m trying to think of names for him. He is the biggest of the litter and of course he is going to be huge but also gentle. I need a good strong name for him.

My favorite and best LGD dog died yesterday. Mac was my buddy and I loved him so much. I’m heart broken. He was a gentle giant that always wanted me to hold his hand. He would always put his paw in my hand or lean up against me. He was huge but the sweetest boy.
I will miss him so so much.
