Dixie Groves U-Pick in Mims, FL uses NO chemical fertilizers! We saturate these trees with a liquid solution that comes from decomposed leaf matter of trees that lived 800+ years ago.

This 800+ year old leaf matter is an all-natural, organic fertilizer that contains the most essential nutrients that citrus trees need to grow healthy and stay strong.

We harvest the organic leaf matter, liquefy it, put it in a 250 gallon tank and stir it constantly. Finally, we apply the all-natural fertilizer to our citrus trees using a hose and pump that delivers up to 20 gallons per minute. Here are few of the organic nutrients that we apply to our citrus trees: 3500 ppm of potassium; 2500 ppm of Phosphorus; 3% nitrogen; 2% iron; 1% manganese; magnesium, calcium, and other proprietary ingredients.
