We’ve had a few questions about how many people the Thanksgiving CSA bundle will feed… 🦃

Our best estimate is that it provides approximately six hearty meals, with room for leftovers.

Of course, this can vary. Every household is a little different—some families enjoy a full traditional spread, while others prefer lighter plates or focus on just a few favorites. What you plan to cook and what your guests enjoy will naturally shape how far the bundle goes.

Think of it as a generous, well-rounded selection of local foods to build your Thanksgiving week around.

We're wrapping up with another Friday Feature!

Hilltop Farm, a 5th generation farm south of Des Lacs, has been in operation since 1917 and was named in 1947 when the family’s grandparents married and moved to the homestead. 🏠

Ann started the Minot Farmers Market in 2016, added a CSA program in 2018, and launched the Minot Multi-Farm CSA in 2023. Her work with Strengthen ND sparked interest in Farm to School and led to pursuing a produce license to provide fresh, healthy food to local students. 🥒

The farm grows a wide variety of produce, including onions, potatoes, cucumbers, eggs, and cut flowers. Her three kids are an important part of the farm and enjoy sharing what they grow at school. 👩‍🌾
