Took a break from grilling today and let the smoker handle everything for me.
We smoked a prime rib with our house blend seasoning, low and slow for about 6 hours. The smoker was set to bring the meat up to 123°, then we let it in the smoker for another hour. Final internal temp hit 134°.
Turns out perfect every single time.
